How to Claim
Step 1: Review Claimed Properties
After clicking the VIEW CLAIMED PROPERTIES button, review each property carefully before clicking FILE CLAIM.
Step 2a: Enter Your Information
Complete the claim form. Include your current mailing address where the funds are to be mailed. Please provide an email address. Corresponding by email will help expedite the claims process. Select your 'Relationship to the Owner' for each property before clicking NEXT. Entering the correct relationship to the owner will allow us to provide you with the appropriate details necessary to claim the property.
Step 2b: Address Confirmation
You may see an additional screen that asks you to verify the address you entered. This is to ensure we are mailing the check to a valid address.
Step 3: Submit your Claim
Please review your claim before clicking SUBMIT. After clicking SUBMIT you will be given a Claim ID. The Claim ID allows you to quickly reference your claim and to check the status of your claim. You can check you claim status on the homepage.
